Every newly purchased Pimax Crystal Light/ Crystal Super/ Dream Air from Pimax.com is covered by a 14-day return guarantee, meaning you're free to return your headset and get a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after the inspection is completed.
If the returned product is not due to a product quality issue, the return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.
You may choose to purchase the “Return Shipping Assurance” service to waive the return shipping costs.
Returned products will undergo factory-standard inspection and are not sold again as new.

🔥 Prime final payment no longer eligible for 24-month installment plan

For any technical issue through no fault of the user within the warranty, Pimax will replace the headset at no cost for the user. Any costs, including shipping , are covered by Pimax.
Yes. After 24 months (or if you decide to pay off Prime in one go), the whole headset is yours and you'll never be required to pay for any subscription. The subscription is tied to your headset, so even if you sell it, the subscription won't reset.
- This refund policy from Pimax is quite good, users can try the headset for 14 days and then refund it if they want. (Many high-end VR brands do not offer any form of refund.)
- We see this as offering more flexible options for users. Users can choose themselves to pay for Prime in one time or 24 months.
- Again, 24 months is an option. Users can also just choose to pay in one-go and never have this situation.
- Any contract duration left, users can also pay off the remainder of the months left, but then no discount (10% for Light and 10% for Super) is available.
- Even then, every headset (including Pimax Prime) can be transferred twice in the duration of the contract.
You can pay Prime at once and you never have this situation occur. But yes, if you choose for monthly payments, and miss a payment, then the Pimax Play software will stop functioning, until you complete the payment.
As long as you pre-order using the same email address as you used for the reservation, our system will combine both and you will get the shipment based on timing of your reservation — as long as you pre-order before Christmas 2024.

You can place an order for the headset with your preferred optical engine now. We will also offer individual optical engines for purchase later, allowing you to buy the other engine separately when available.
No. The Crystal Super is a PCVR-only VR headset without batteries. It always needs to be connected by its DP cable, so it does not support wifi streaming or the 60G Airlink.
