We are updating our return policy, starting May 6, 2025. Orders placed before this date will follow the previous one. Every newly purchased Pimax Crystal Light/ Crystal Super/ Dream Air from Pimax.com is covered by a 14-day return guarantee, meaning you're free to return your headset and get a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after the inspection is completed.
If the returned product is not due to a product quality issue, the return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.
You may choose to purchase the “Return Shipping Assurance” service to waive the return shipping costs.
Returned products will undergo factory-standard inspection and are not sold again as new.

Dream Air / Dream Air SE Reservation Fee Policy
We offer a reservation fee option for customers who are not yet sure if they want to pre-order a Pimax product, helping you secure your spot. If you pay the full upfront fee before the reservation fee deadline, you will get priority shipping. If you don’t complete the upfront fee payment by the deadline, you will lose the priority shipping benefit.
Shipping Priority:
Early pre-order orders > Early reservation fee orders (full upfront payment completed before the deadline) > Other pre-order orders
Reservation Fee Deadline:
The reservation fee deadline will be announced on our official website when the product launches. Customers who have paid the reservation fee but not the upfront fee will receive email reminders.
Please Note:
- Customers who pay the upfront fee in full can request a refund at any time, but the reservation fee is non-refundable.
- To ensure you don’t miss any important information, we recommend subscribing to our newsletters.
- If there is a price adjustment, users who have paid the reservation fee will follow the updated price for their upfront payment; for those who have already paid the upfront fee, any price difference will be subject to the official announcement.
