We are excited to announce that customers who have reserved the Crystal Super can now proceed with the full payment. The first limited batch will begin shipping in January 2025. Here are the details regarding the shipping process and payment terms:

Shipping Priority

Shipping will be prioritized based on the time you made your reservation, not when you pay the $999 upfront fee. However, as shipments are processed in batches, each batch will close once its payment quota is reached. New $999 payments will secure a spot in the next batch, maintaining the original reservation order.

Shipping Areas

The first batch will ship to the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, China, Japan, and South Korea. For customers outside these areas, we’re working diligently to expand shipping availability as soon as possible.

Upgrade Benefit for Crystal OG Owners

Pimax Crystal OG owners are eligible for the $399 upgrade benefit, which will be applied toward membership fees. This discount can be applied to a one-time payment or spread over 24 months.

Exclusive Early Supporter Rewards

1. Customers who pay the $999 upfront fee now will receive a free DMAS with their Crystal Super, available in limited quantities.
2. Early supporters located in the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mainland China, Japan, or South Korea will enjoy free shipping for the Crystal Super.

Refund Policy

If you choose to cancel after paying the $999 fee, you are eligible for a full refund, subject to any payment or credit card processing fees as per third-party rules.

FAQs

Crystal Super comes with a 10-day free trial. During this period, you can use Crystal Super at no cost. After 10 days, you’ll need to pay the monthly membership fee to continue using it.

Unfortunately, the Pimax Prime membership fee is a software subscription cost and is non-refundable.

If you miss a payment, the Pimax Play software will stop functioning. Normal operation will resume once you complete the payment.

If your payment is delayed, the missed monthly fees will accumulate. You’ll need to settle the outstanding balance before you can resume using Pimax Play.
