General Shipping Policy

Local Warehouse Shipping (3-7 Business Days)

  • We have warehouses located in the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, Japan, and Canada.
  • Orders placed from these countries will ship directly from the closest warehouse for faster delivery.
  • Products in stock at US warehouses are exempt from VAT or GST. Other regions will incur applicable VAT or GST charges.

International Shipping (7-14 Business Days)

  • Orders from countries outside our local warehouse regions will be shipped internationally.
  • International Shipping Fees: Estimated fees based on your delivery location.

Import Taxes & Duties

    For international shipments, you may be responsible for import taxes, customs duties, and associated fees upon delivery.
