Make use of the modularity of the Crystal light, by slotting on the Crystal Light Lighthouse Faceplate. With this accessory, using 28 infrared sensors, you turn your Crystal Super from SLAM tracking into Lighthouse tracking.

This faceplate utilizes the bottom USB-C port for a secure, high-speed connection, enabling full compatibility with SteamVR Base Station tracking. By integrating into your existing lighthouse ecosystem, you gain access to unrivaled sub-millimeter accuracy and superior controller coverage.

This accessory is only compatible with Crystal Light headsets whose 7th and 8th serial number digits of SN are P2 (e.g., P33000P20).
It is not compatible with headsets whose 7th and 8th digits are P1 (e.g., P33000P11).

  • The Crystal Light Lighthouse Faceplate is an add-on for the Pimax Crystal Light (not the original Crystal, or the Crystal Super), designed to enable high-precision external tracking. Instead of using the built-in cameras on the headset, it relies on external base stations (Lighthouses) for improved accuracy and a wider range of movement. Base stations are required for the Lighthouse Faceplate to function.
  • The Lighthouse Faceplate integrates with SteamVR setups and is compatible with Pimax Sword controllers, Index Knuckles controllers, HTC VIVE controllers, VIVE Tracker (1.0/2.0/3.0), and Tundra Trackers.
