June 5, 2025 – Pimax, a leading innovator in VR hardware, and Motorsport Games Inc. (NASDAQ: MSGM) (“Motorsport Games”), a renowned developer of authentic sim racing experiences, are today announcing their first collaboration, aimed at promoting sim racing in VR. Both brands will be present at the 93rd edition of the 24 Heures du Mans, using the official game of the event, Le Mans Ultimate, developed by Motorsport Games, with Pimax VR headsets.

Attendees at the race track can visit the experience center and experience Le Mans Ultimate like never before, feeling every turn, acceleration, and braking point through the combined power of Motorsport Games’ realistic simulation and Pimax’s groundbreaking virtual reality technology. Visitors can try high-end Pimax VR headsets such as Crystal Light as well as the Crystal Super, both providing life-like graphics. The experience, located in the Family Fan Zone, will also feature hardware from esteemed partners like Thrustmaster, further enhancing the authenticity of the sim racing experience.

“We are incredibly excited to partner with Motorsport Games, a company that shares our passion for delivering unparalleled immersive experiences,” said Robin Weng, Chairman of Pimax. “The Le Mans 2025 event we believe provides the perfect platform to demonstrate how our Crystal Light and Crystal Super headsets elevate the sim racing experience to new heights. This collaboration marks just the beginning of our joint efforts to push the boundaries of virtual reality in motorsports.”

Stephen Hood, CEO of Motorsport Games commented, “Our mission at Motorsport Games is to create the most authentic and engaging racing simulations possible. Partnering with Pimax, a leader in high-fidelity VR, allows us to deliver on that promise even further. We believe the synergy between Le Mans Ultimate and Pimax VR will offer sim racers an unmatched level of immersion, and we look forward to exploring both promotional and technical collaborations with Pimax for the future.”

Pimax recently led an investment round into Motorsport Games and the Le Mans Ultimate project. With this investment, the companies will continue to explore future collaborations on both promotional and technical levels. The shared goal is to continuously innovate and deliver the ultimate immersive sim racing experience for users worldwide.
