Our outlet headsets are either Stock-B or refurbished models, both in excellent working condition.
Stock-B headsets are brand new units with minor cosmetic imperfections that occurred during production or transport. During factory inspections, headsets become outlet products due to:
1. 1 or 2 dead pixels.
2. Small scratches or paint overspray on the casing or other parts.
Refurbished headsets are slightly used, often from events like exhibitions or loaned to reviewers. We thoroughly refurbish them to ensure they're in great shape.
While these headsets aren't brand new or flawless, they offer customers the most affordable option while also helping reduce environmental impact.
