Introducing "Return Shipping Assurance"
We are updating our return policy, starting May 6, 2025. Orders placed before this date will follow the previous one. Every newly purchased Pimax Crystal Light/ Crystal Super/ Dream Air from Pimax.com is covered by a 14-day return guarantee, meaning you're free to return your headset and get a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after the inspection is completed.
If the returned product is not due to a product quality issue, the return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.
You may choose to purchase the “Return Shipping Assurance” service to waive the return shipping costs.
Returned products will undergo factory-standard inspection and are not sold again as new.

Laptop Supported
The Crystal Light/Super works with laptops, as long as the laptop has a direct GPU output to MiniDP or USB-C port. You will need an adapter that supports DP 1.4a specification at 8K resolution at 60 Hz. In doubt, open Nvidia Control Panel, go to PhysX settings, and share a screenshot of what you see with our customer support.

- You pay the base price of $599 and receive the headset.
- If you like the headset, choose Pimax Prime, you can choose to pay at once for a discount (10%), or you can keep trying the headset for 14 days (and then choose Prime), or refund.
- After your 14 day trial period ends, refunds are no longer possible.
- Any refunds issued will also include any costs paid for Pimax Prime
For any technical issue through no fault of the user within the warranty, Pimax will replace the headset at no cost for the user. Any costs, including shipping , are covered by Pimax.
- This refund policy from Pimax is quite good, users can try the headset for 14 days and then refund it if they want. (Many high-end VR brands do not offer any form of refund.)

The warranty period starts from the date you receive the product.
GST/VAT is not included in the displayed price. Our pricing is for the product only.

However, the minimum requirement for the Pimax Crystal Light is:
- GPU: RTX 2070, RTX 2070 S, RTX 4060, RTX 2080, RTX 2080 S, RTX 3060 Ti, RTX 3070, RTX 4060 Ti, TITAN RTX, RTX 2080 Ti, RTX 3070 Ti, RX 5700XT, RX 6700XT.
- CPU: Must be i5-12th generation or higher (hard requirement).
Yes, the RTX 3080 is compatible with the Pimax Crystal Light. For flight and racing simulations, you can achieve medium graphics quality by adjusting the parameters.
