We've shipped a huge load of Crystal Super's, and are shipping out new batches almost daily. As we stated in a previous blog and video, we have cleared supply shortages, and we've also redirected part of the assembly line of the Crystal Light to assist with producing the Crystal Super, to catch up the delay. As such, we have now produced all Crystal Super 50 PPD orders from before July, while we're starting the production of the 57 PPD and Ultrawide.
For these remaining orders, we do realize we're behind schedule, especially on the 57 PPD and Ultrawide. We've worked hard to nail the final details ahead of mass production (here's a video update on the 57 PPD), and we're now working towards fulfilling all remaining orders, and having the Crystal Super in stock for immediate delivery for future purchases, across our network of warehouses and retailers.
For waiting customers, we would like to share below our updated production schedule on the 50 PPD, 57 PPD, as well as the Ultrawide. Please note, that below we show the production dates. After production, we quality check each headset thoroughly and include the inspection report in the box. After that, we immediatelly ship out the headset.
Please hang just a little longer as we finish the production of your headset. But we're confident the wait will be worth it.
