QLED Crystal Super shipping

As previously communicated, all outstanding QLED Crystal Super orders (50 PPD, 57 PPD, Ultrawide) have been produced and undergone their quality checks. These reports are in each box.

All qualified headsets have either started shipping, or are now in transit from our factory and HQ to our logistic partners, to ship around the world. We use transport by air for the fastest delivery — yet due to the upcoming Mid-Autumn holiday and varying delivery speeds in different countries and regions, headsets will arrive in our customers' hands over the next few weeks. During this process, our customer service team will closely monitor the progress and provide tracking information to our customers as soon as possible.

(We do not have private Pimax cargo planes, we rely on logistic partners to put shipments together in larger batches. And these shipments are impacted by the public holiday.

For those who pre-ordered the Crystal Super with a DMAS reward, shipments are now on the way! These will be sent out in separate packages, and deliveries have already begun.

Additionally, the ice-silk facial foam is also on its way. If you haven’t received it yet, please rest assured—you’ll receive the tracking number from us shortly.
