How the Production of the Crystal Super Is Accelerating
We know that many of you are waiting eagerly for your headset. Previously, we published our blog and video about the production of the Crystal Super, with updated shipping estimates, and today we just want to update you on the progress.

Production is ongoing at full pace (for images of the factory, see the video). Each day, our two factories with multiple assembly lines are assembling a vast quantity of headsets. After production, we let each Crystal Super go through full inspection to make sure you get the perfect VR headset (more about this here). Some of this inspection is automated, such as the SLAM tracking accuracy test, and some of it is manual, such as pairing it to Pimax Play and using all the refresh rate options. We put the full inspection report sheet into the box of your headset, so you know exactly what we have all checked. (Users on Reddit have also mentioned they get this with their Super.)

After the quality check, we ship headsets in daily batches to the region of our customers, before shipping them to our users. We use a network of domestic and international shipping partners, to minimize transit holds.

Our whole team is working hard to produce, quality check, and ship Crystal Super's. So we’re shipping a large volume of headsets out daily — and more and more users are getting their shipping notification email these days each day. This isn't just visible on Reddit and Discord, but also on Steam's Hardware Survey of last month (picture below).

Please hang on a while as we finish the production of your headset. We're confident the wait will be worth it.

Any questions relating to shipping or quality control, or anything else, please reach out via chat or our support ticket.
