Pimax Update 2024.5.14: Pimax Crystal Light's First Batch Shipping is About to Start!

We are excited to announce that we are now processing shipments for the Pimax Crystal Light, starting with the Local Dimming Version. Please note that a shipping notice for the Crystal Light without Local Dimming Version will follow shortly, as detailed in an upcoming announcement. Thank you for your continued support and enthusiasm for Pimax innovations.
As we scale our production and tackle logistics complexities, we will be initiating payments and dispatches in phased batches by region. Since mass production is still ramping up, it will take a short time to reach full production capacity for delivery. The first batch will be available to our users in the USA, European Union, the UK, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia, with priority given based on the order of pre-orders, with a limited quantity to be shipped directly from the manufacturer by the end of May.
To ensure you receive your new Pimax Crystal Light headset in a manner that best suits your needs, please review the following shipping processes we've arranged:

Direct International Shipping: Direct shipping will be available exclusively to the first 50 early adopters who confirm their preorders by making either a trial or full payment. Shipments are sent directly from our facilities in China to your doorstep by FedEx, offering higher efficiency and an estimated delivery time of one week after the dispatch notice is received. Please note that customs clearance will be the responsibility of the user. Our customer service team will provide guidance and the necessary documentation for customs for our users.

Local Shipping: For the following customers, we will ship your headset by air to our warehouses closest to your location, handle all customs clearance, and then deliver it locally to your address. This option ensures that you receive your headset with minimal hassle, with an estimated delivery time of about 4 weeks.
We understand that everyone's needs and preferences are different, and we want to empower you to choose the option that best suits your circumstances. We sincerely appreciate your patience and flexibility as we navigate these complex logistics together.
Due to potential logistics challenges, particularly with later shipments, we anticipate some delays in our delivery schedules. We are proactively planning to mitigate these by storing more units in local warehouses prior to shipment. This strategic move ensures that we manage deliveries more efficiently and effectively.
