How to install DMAS headphones

• Crystal Super headset
• Screwdriver
• DMAS (Left & Right)

Overview

1. Peel Off the Foam Cover: Peel off the foam covering the earphone mounting holes on both sides of the headset.
2. Remove the Default Earphones: Use a screwdriver to turn the screws counterclockwise and remove the original earphones.
3. Align the DMAS Earphones: Insert the DMAS into the headset earphone mount, making sure the L (Left) and R (Right) labels are correctly aligned.
4. Tighten the Screws: Once aligned, use the screwdriver to turn the screws clockwise to secure the earphones.
5. Reattach the Foam: Don’t forget to stick the foam layer back over the earphone area after installation is complete.

Step by step

Step 1: Remove the Foam Cover

• Peel off the foam covering the earphone mounting holes on both sides of the headset.

Step 2: Remove the Default Earphones

• Use a screwdriver to turn the screws counterclockwise. Gently remove the original earphones and set them aside.

*Note: Be careful not to lose the screws — you’ll need them for the installation.

Step 3: Align the DMAS Earphones

• Take the DMAS and align them with the headset's mounting points.

*Note: Each DMAS earphone is labeled L (Left) and R (Right) — make sure you install them on the correct side!

Step 4: Tighten the Screws

• Once aligned, turn the screws clockwise to secure the DMAS to the headset. Make sure they’re firmly attached.

Step 5: Reattach the Foam Cover

• After installation, don’t forget to stick the foam back over the headset.

How to install the Comfort Top Strap

Overview

1. Peel off the foam cover: Peel off the foam covering the top strap mounting holes on both sides of the headset..
2. Align the Top Strap: Align the three holes on each side of the top strap with the corresponding holes on the headset.
3. Tighten the Screws: Insert the screws through the holes and use a screwdriver to tighten the screws and secure the top strap.
4. Reattach the Foam: Don’t forget to stick the foam layer back over original area after installation is complete.

Step 1: Remove the Foam Cover

• Peel off the foam covering the top strap mounting holes on both sides of the headset.

Step 2: Align the Holes

• The top strap has multiple holes on each side, allowing for adjustable placement.
• You can choose different holes based on your personal preference for comfort and fit. Select the holes that provide the best support for your head.
• Once the holes are aligned and you’ve chosen the appropriate hole for the top strap, carefully insert the screws into the holes.

*Note: The top strap is marked with L (Left) and R (Right) on both sides—be sure to properly match these labels with the corresponding sides of the headset to avoid installing it incorrectly. If the holes don’t line up, it’s likely the strap is installed backward.

Step 5: Reattach the Foam Cover

• After installation, don’t forget to stick the foam back over the headset.
