- This campaign is exclusively available to customers located in the United Kingdom and the European Union. Orders placed from outside the Europe (EU and UK) will not be eligible for the Mystery Box offer.
- The Mystery Box is not available for purchase and can only be received as a complimentary gift when purchasing the Pimax Crystal Light headset during the promotional period.
- Each eligible order is entitled to one (1) Mystery Box. The Mystery Box type (Flight Sim or Sim Racing) must be selected before checkout and cannot be changed after the order is confirmed.
- Mystery Box contents are randomly selected from a curated gift pool. Users may receive software DLCs, Pimax accessories, or gift cards of varying values. The final item is subject to availability and cannot be chosen, exchanged, or refunded.
- Participating products in the gift pool include, but are not limited to:
- The total retail value of individual Mystery Box items may range from $15 to over $99 USD. However, all items are considered complimentary and hold no cash value.
- The promotional period runs from April 15 to April 30, 2025 (UTC+0). Orders must be placed within this timeframe to qualify.
- All gifts will be unveiled and digitally delivered to customers via the purchase email on May 5, 2025. Physical items, if included, will be shipped together with the Crystal Light order.
