Regarding the email received from globalmarketing@pimax.com, it serves as an announcement regarding the commencement of the payment and shipping processes. However, only upon receipt of a subsequent email from ecommerce@pimax.com, which includes a $30 deduction code, will it indicate your eligibility to proceed with payment.

Q2: What will happen if I accidentally pay although I didn't receive an email from the ecommerce email?

Should a payment be made inadvertently without receiving an email from the ecommerce email address, rest assured, your payment will be acknowledged, and your order will be marked as paid. However, please be aware that your Crystal Light will not be shipped at this time. You will receive an email notification once it is your turn for shipment. To request a refund of the $30 pre-order fee, kindly submit a ticket here.

Q3: I pre-ordered the Crystal Light Local Dimming Version by 4/17, why didn't I receive the email invitation to make the payment?

If you haven't seen the email from our ecommerce email, we kindly suggest checking your spam or junk folder first. Alternatively, there may be another reason for the delay. For the initial batch, we are currently prioritizing shipments to specific regions, including the US, UK, EU area, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. If you are located outside of these regions, rest assured that your Crystal Light will be shipped in future batches.
