Introducing Pimax Care
Setting up the Crystal Light and Crystal Super is easy and straightforward, but with so many applications, drivers and PC spec differences, you may still run into some questions, either about hardware, software, or payments or shipments. That's why, we introduce Pimax Care, a direct chat-function with 1 on 1 service, right inside your Pimax Play client.
On the other side of your Pimax Play is not an AI chatbot, but a real member of our customer staff who's an expert on our products as well as PC gaming, helping you with all your questions.questions.
Online consultation support hours:

US region: 18:00 to 06:00 daily (Western US Time, PST-7)

Europe region: 03:00 to 15:00 daily (Central European Time, UTC+2)

Asia region: 09:00-21:00 (GMT+8)

Going forward we will unify more services into Pimax Care, making it easier and more efficient to help customers solve problems faster.


Technical support speed
Due to the high number of Crystal Super's shipped lately, we are experiencing some more customer support requests that involve e.g. remote sessions. So while logistics or sales related questions are all quickly answered within one working day, some technical related support questions may not be answered within one day.
We expect to clear up this backlog within around 10 days from now, to be back on track to answer all inquiries within one working day.
