I purchased the Pimax 8KX. It arrived and worked just fine the first day. They next day It had a hardware failure on the left display with 2 solid horizontal colored lines. Right display was fine. I contacted support . Takes over night to get a response. Response included some steps to try which did not help. 12 hours later, more horizontal lines in left display. Contacted support again. More trouble shooting. Finally determined hardware failure and replacement is in need. I was told a return shipping label would be generated and I can ship it back with approximately a 3 week process to get a replacement. 3 Weeks! on a new item I got in 4 days that was defective!. Not happy about this, but ok. Next day I have no return shipment label. I message and once again wait 24 hours for a response, only to be told their system won't let them process a return shipping label. I was asked to be patient. Another day goes by.. Still no return label. I send another email.. and now on the weekend again.. and no response. over a week after receiving defective merchandise and still can't return for a replacement. Not very happy at this point. A response to this review would be appreciated.
