Recipient's Actions: Pimax shall not be held accountable for delays or delivery failures arising from actions taken by the recipient. Such actions encompass, but are not limited to, post-shipment address changes, entry of unknown or incorrect addresses, provision of inaccurate contact information, or refusal to accept deliveries.
Force Majeure: Pimax disclaims responsibility for shipping delays caused by force majeure events. "Force majeure" refers to unforeseeable, unavoidable, or insurmountable objective situations and other external factors that lead to delayed shipments. These factors include, but are not limited to, national or regional control or interruption of air or ground transportation systems (e.g., due to weather conditions), interference or malfunction of communication systems, government interventions, changes in postal administration policies, wars, earthquakes, typhoons, floods, fires, heavy rain, dense fog, and similar events.
Confiscation or Disposal: Shipments that are confiscated or disposed of due to violations of transportation regulations are not the responsibility of Pimax.
Non-Delivery on Weekends and Holidays: Please note that mail and packages may not be deliverable to the consignee's address on weekends, national holidays, and during festivals.
Inaccessible Delivery Locations: Pimax cannot be held liable when the recipient's address is located in a school, organization, or residential community that the courier cannot access.
