I am getting a 10934 error on the Pitool when trying to set up a 8kx. I know the headset works as it works on a friend’s pc build (Intel CPU, RTX 3080, windows 10)

Asus RTX 4090 OC

I’ve tried pretty much everything I’ve seen or suggested but no success. The headset gets USB power and audio through headset but still complains DP is unconnected.
– Different DP ports = nope
– DP cable seated correctly = no difference
– Disconnecting monitor so headset is only display port = nope
– Disable AMD graphics in Device manager = no difference (there is no bios setting to explicitly disable the iGPU but there is an option to select primary GPU and that is set to the RTX 4090)
– Manually starting PiServiceLauncher = nope
– there are no other errors in diagnose tool in pitool
– latest drivers for everything
Hoping there is some alternative suggestions or beta driver I can try? from what I can tell the pitool is looking at the integrated GPU despite it being disabled in device manager (and again – I have no option in bios to explicitly disable). Is there a way to force pitool to use my 4090?

通常、10934エラーコードは、主に統合型グラフィックスが無効化されていないことに問題があることを意味します。

We are sorry that there is no alternative solution available at this time. The reason for having to disable the integrated graphics card is mainly due to some conflict in the device with the iGPU, which is why simply turning it off in the device manager won’t work either.
