Crystal Connection Problems

Hello, I got my Crystal delivered today. Unfortunately she has connection problems. All cables are tight. I have already tried out various Pimax programs. An older Nvidia driver didn't help either. A power bank is connected to the side of the Crystal via USB-C. Tried a different display port. Other USB ports. Nothing helped.

I have the cable with a USB connector and a display port connector.

My graphics card is an Nvidia 4090 and I only have one monitor connected.

Tomorrow I get an active USB hub delivered. I will report if this helped.

There are many possible reasons for this failure to appear, so please use our newly launched Pimax Play client.
So first we would like to confirm if the device you are using is a desktop computer. If you are using a laptop, then you need to confirm whether the DP port or minidp port on the laptop side corresponds to a discrete graphics card (the details need to be confirmed with the brand manufacturer). Some models of laptops need to be connected with the direct connection function for discrete graphics.
If you are using a desktop computer, then we recommend that you export the logs and send them to our technical support for assistance.

A technician was on my PC and installed USB in the area and now the problem is gone.
