@pimaxsupport I purchased a 8k plus thinking I can trade it back in for the 12k. Initially you guys stated that you can trade it in regardless of where we purchased the headset, then after you come out with it you added in you have to purchase from us, if I purchased from an Ebay vendor am I still available to trade it in for the 12k program?

@pimaxsupport je ne retrouve pas le ticket envoyer c’est mon Informaticien qui s’en est occupé. Je trouve inadmissible que vous ne correspondait pas directement par e-mail. Ce n’est vraiment pas bien ce que vous faites !!! c’est quand même assez simple : vous m’envoyer un casque qui ne fonctionne pas !!! la moindre des choses et de me le reprendre et de m’envoyer un produit qui fonctionne… vous avez tous les renseignements me concernant sur mon PC et sur la date de l’achat du casque ! pourquoi nous faites-vous pas le nécessaire ???

Well, it’s now 2023 and still no word on when the 12K QLED will be released. Has Pimax discovered that they have bitten off more than they can chew with the specs or are they using the Crystal release to iron out the bugs in the 12K (as they share much of the same components I understand)?

Agree, where’s an update on the 12K release please?

You sold me the 8K on the basis that I could trade it in for full purchase price on the 12 K when it was released.   You estimated the release date as being 12 months away at that time (June 2022).  Now you esimate the 12K release date as being another 12 months away.  I would not have bought the 8K had I known this.

Why not offer the trade in deal on the Crystal to your supporters, people like me, who trusted you to honour your committments.  

Give us the option to wait for the 12K or trade on the Crystal?

I’m a bit disappointed. I purchased a headset with the hopes of being able to turn it in for a discount in 2022 for the 12K headset…. Where is the 12k headset…? its 2023…
