Hi everybody!
I have a 2yrs old Pimax 8K. Couple days ago someone ripped accidentally isolation from my cable. Originally it has 5m cable with power adapter. The cable still works, but i’m afraid it will fail someday. The cable is not available anywhere in the world, with shipping to Poland. Can I use the cable with 2 USB cables instead? Like the one from this link: https://pimax.com/product/cable-for-usb-models/

Before answering your question, we would like to remind you that you should take care of your safety and that damaged cables, especially those with broken insulation, should not be used more longer.
According to your description, the model you are using is the 8K series, most likely the 8K PlUS, in which case we recommend that you submit a ticket directly to our after-sales staff for information on local logistics support. We do not recommend that you purchase a 4.5M cable as it is not compatible with your current headset.
