Both of my screen quit working. It started out as one then when troubleshooting the other one quit. My 5K super works fine with new client.
I have tried the the usb cord from the 5K on the 8 k but apparently it won’t recognize the HMD. It’s the fiber cord.
Could it just be the cord is bad?

We would firstly recommend that you submit a ticket to our technical support at https://support.pimax.com/en/support/tickets/new.
It is true that the problem you are experiencing may be caused by a bad cable lock or other reasons, but until we have a definite solution, we recommend that you obtain our technical support and, if possible, take a video of the fault and upload it as an attachment.
