Is Pimax providing Crystal shipping status? The company should be able to provide the community with a weekly update of which pre-order numbers that they have already shipped or are about to ship. My main concern is that I miss the Notification to Make Payment email, it is my understanding that the buyer has one week to respond by making payment.
Have you gotten any information yet? I was sent an email 18 days ago saying my Crystal was “ready for shipment,” but haven’t gotten a tracking number yet. I think Pimax needs a little more transparency and a little less BS in their shipping emails. If they say it’s ready, they should have a unit physically staged for shipping and allocated. At this point I wonder if my Crystal has even been built.
The same applies here. I paid a week ago and received an email to confirm my address; I didn’t buy until I saw on their page that the crystal was in stock. I was wondering if it was a phony website.
The amusing thing is that when you go to the support page and want to ask for help, you have to fill out a very long form asking you about your computer parts, the vr, when you got it, and what serial number of ur Vr lol how would I be able to fill this form!

What annoyed me as they said on the bill that it would be transported via express mail
I am waiting as well with Shipped but nothing from FedEx at all. Getting anything out of support is like impossible and nothing has come through. I have no idea if it has been shipped and when it will be delivered. No idea if there is a fedex delivery number. Very poor indeed. I will not be recommending or using Pimax again.
