Hello. Im probably going to purchase the pimax 5k super but its only avalible from the outlet store. The description of the deformities the product may have (dead pixles) scared me a bit! Just want to confirm that there will be no differences to the headset not from the outlet store when the headset is in use? Thanks

Hi.
They are the same in terms of performance. We carried out inspections on those outlet units to ensure they are working correctly, but there is a possibility that they may have cosmetic issues that arose during production or transportation.

@pimaxsupport Thanks for the reply. When you mean cosmetic issues are you reffering to the outside astetics of the headset or will there be any cosmetic issues with the sceen (dead pixels etc) thanks
