12K QLED is the flagship product of the Pimax Reality Series, which features an ultra-wide FOV and offers a maximum resolution of 12K QLED.
Crystal is the first product of the Pimax P3 series, which features ultra high-definition and realistic color reproduction.

Crystal and 12K QLED have 75% similarities in their system architecture, dual-mode functions, and design. The main difference between them is in the lens and the differences in screen and resolution.

So Crystal is the latest device we’ve launched so far, as 12K is not yet officially available.

I live in Poland, what country do you ship from? (the matter of border tax clearance)?
Which of two products you mentioned(Crystal or 12K) would you recommend best for flight simulators?

Thank you for your interest and enthusiasm for our products. About Crystal, it is currently in a pre-order status, you can pre-order it now or wait for it to hit the shelves for purchase!

For customers in Europe we expect to ship from our warehouse in Europe (depending on the order), I recommend you contact our customer service for a more accurate quote.

Regarding the last question, which one is better for flight simulation games like DCS or MSFS, unfortunately I can’t give you an answer because there is no specific product information about the 12K, which makes it not an option at the moment.
