The Crystal Super is shipping and the first reviews are out. We're shipping batches every day to fulfil the demand for our latest next-gen headset.
Today's Pimax Play release supports the Crystal Super. We have extensively tested the headset and software internally and in beta testing, but now it's "in the wild", more and more variables such as PC configurations and gamers and room settings will use this headset.
Setup & wearing it correctly
We have made a list of things to be aware about:

For any runtime inconsistencies, (such as frame times not going beyond 50 FPS), please uninstall and reinstall Pimax Play, and restore Pimax OpenXR as the default runtime. You will find this in Pimax Play > Device Settings > General. It is recommended to disable or uninstall third party software related to the runtime of the headset.

With some user's eyes, Auto-IPD is not accurate right now. We recommend using manual IPD for now and turning off Automatic IPD.

If you used your PC with a Crystal or Crystal Light, the color and render profile could be wrong. In a next Pimax Play release, this bug will be resolved, but for now, please check if the colors are great, and if the distortions are not visible. For an objective check, you can use HMDQ: https://github.com/risa2000/hmdq If the rendered horizontal FOV is 127, it’s good. If not, please:

Delete all Pimax-related folders, including name Pimax, PiTool, PimaxClient (but not PimaxXR)
